For the entire month of March 2010, The Augusta Regional SPCA is offering special adoption promotions on the following pets: •Cats 1 year old and up •Dogs 6 years old and up •All pets that have been here over 3 months •All Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes For these pets the adoption fee will be waived and there will simply be a spay/neuter deposit of $55 for dogs and $35 for cats. If they have already been sterilized, there will be a $25 fee to cover their vaccinations received here. In addition we will be holding an Adopt-A-Thon on Saturday, March 20th until midnight! Mark Your Calendars! Pets in the Park! Saturday, September 18th, 2010 Gypsy Hill Park, Staunton Mark your calendars! This is a fun-filled, educational event for the entire family! Bring your family, friends, and pets (on leashes please!) We're expecting your pets to "strut their stuff" at our Dog Gone Good Dog Show, and don't forget to bring a photo of your cat(s) to enter in the "Candid Cat Photo Contest". Look for more information about these events in the coming months ahead. Please spread the word about Pets In The Park. The Augusta Regional SPCA needs your financial support to benefit the lost and unwanted animals in our care.
